DELIVERY & COLLECTION

At Saint Steve you can have your order shipped the way you want. All our shipments are handled by PostNL.

  1. When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 5:00 PM on workdays, we will ship your order the same day. If you order on Friday after 5 p.m. or during the weekend, we will ship your order the next working day. If we cannot deliver your order (on time), we will contact you within 1 working day.

    All orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered free of charge. Costs apply for additional PostNL services.

    1. Which shipping methods can I choose from?

    In the Netherlands you can have your order delivered to your home or work address or pick it up at a PostNL location or parcel locker. Some orders are delivered with a letterbox package including track & trace. You can also indicate which day you want the package delivered. We also offer additional services from PostNL for a fee, such as extra early collection and evening delivery.

    1. How is my order shipped?

    All our orders are shipped with PostNL or, when shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium, by one of its partners. In the Netherlands and to the main destinations abroad, orders can be followed via Track & Trace.

    Upon receipt, always check whether your package is unopened and undamaged. If there is no response, the order will be presented a second time. You can adjust this yourself. More information about this service can be found at Postnl.nl.

    If a second delivery is not possible, the order can be picked up at one of the PostNL post offices. Collection is not possible outside the Netherlands, always choose a delivery address abroad where the order can be received.
