Return Policy
We think it is important that you are happy with your purchase. You can return the purchase if it does not meet your needs. This also applies to items on sale. You can return the products within 14 days of delivery, with the original labels attached and in the original packaging. You have the option to try on the product at home. However, if the product has been used, damaged and/or washed, we unfortunately cannot take it back.
How does returns work?
- Check whether your order is complete (original condition, price tag attached, not worn, etc.)
- Add the invoice document and clearly write on it that it concerns a return/which items are being returned.
- Print out your return label. Click here to create your return label.
- Take the order to a DPD parcel shop. Find a parcel shop near you here .
- Place the new return label over the shipping label or remove the shipping label.
- Take a photo of your label so you can follow the package with the track & trace code
** Don't forget to add the invoice document to the return order. This way we know which order belongs to which shipment 😊
What cannot be returned?
- Worn, used, damaged or washed products
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products without labels/original packaging
- Underwear
Can I exchange my existing product?
Unfortunately, trading is not an option for Saint Steve. If an item is not to your liking, the item can be returned. As soon as this item is returned to us, we will credit it. A new order can therefore be placed via our webshop.
What are the costs of returns?
You can easily and quickly create a label via our Sendcloud returns portal. The costs are only €4.95 and we will cover the rest of the costs. When the amount is credited, €4.95 will be deducted.
When can I expect payment?
If your purchase has been returned according to our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs within 5 working days. This does not include the €4.95 return costs.
It takes a number of days before the order is returned to us. We aim to process returns within 14 days.
